Although not likely, there is no reason Irving shouldn't be able to play the same level of defense he played in Game 1 of last year's Finals.

No more excuses about conserving for the offense.

This is it.

It's just bizarre.

I'm a bit annoyed with this crap because I don't find it to be the least bit true. There's some great restaurants, museums, and various other activities to do within the greater akron-canton-cleveland-sandusky-youngstown area.

"LOL CLEVELAND IS A SHIT HOLE. RIVER CATCHES ON FIRE, PEOPLE ARE POOR, ETC"

Like come the hell on. I've been to other cities and Cleveland is no better/no worse than other cities.

The NYC/Boston/California elitists are awful.

Shhhh...we don't want them moving here.

lol.. no better example of a Warriors fan. They just know Curry shoots and makes lots of threes. Forget that his hometown is Akron, Ohio. As is LeBron's. There's a reason why the two best players in the NBA were born here and not whatever third world sewer Nate Duncan spawned from.

Cleveland is the city I claim but to say it isn't a run down piece of shit is being disingenuous. There are a lot of neighborhoods that just have old shitty houses or buildings. These structures looked dated 20 years ago and not much have changed.

I was in Indianapolis and St. Louis over the past couple of weeks.

believe me Cleveland is not the exception in terms of "urban decay".

Its weird, but people from outside Ohio really do have this thought that Ohio is just like another Kansas or Iowa.

I have this thought about Ohio.

Fashion is a little behind, half of the state is farming, you have threads like the transgender one..

I wouldn't make a tweet about it, it's nut that strong a point, but it's a little behind

Houston and Kansas City have it too.

It's not rundown. It's blue-collar. Factories and the like are major sources of revenue. And people that work blue-collar aren't going to wow you with their appearance or neighborhoods.

Have you even stuck your head out to look around lately or are you just following the misinformed, tired narrative?

Not much has changed? Have you been to Ohio City? The Flats? East 4th? Downtown in general? Lakewood? Tremont? Gordon Square? University Circle? Detroit Shoreway Neighborhood?

You're part of the problem. How about actually acknowledging the insane amount of neighborhood reform and the city's evolution instead of being a lazy ass?

Fucking Los Angeles has it.

Every city has shitty parts and really cool parts.

I imagine that guy wouldn't want to spend much time in Oakland for example.
Exactly what I was going to say. I travel to Chicago, Indy, KC, Houston and Dallas pretty regularly. All cities have a certain level of urban decay. Oakland has it, LA probably has a town the size of Cleveland that has it, etc.

Guess what it will take a lot for this narrative to change. It may not happen in many of our lifetimes. But guess what? The city is trending in the right direction and people are happy here. Someone on this forum likened it to a dive bar. Music is good, drinks are great, and the people make it special. We quietly enjoy it while the rest of the world just points and laughs. Well one day everyone else will make their way in. The atmosphere will then go to shit, you'll end up paying $13 for a bud light, snobs will make their way in because it's the cool place to be.

Enjoy our little dive bar while it's uncool.

Dude, there's no reason to get defensive. Their team plays in Oakland, for God's sake...

In three weeks or less you will have your title. We will lose another game between now and then, but it won't be the end of the world. Those little turds in the East Bay aren't beating Lebron and Kyrie 4 times. Watch the games, enjoy, don't panic.

We have the best player in the game, we are playing at a higher level, we shoot the three better, LeBron always gets a game on the road, we are locked in, we have the defenders, Green is going to get tossed or suspended if he tries any shit. We are in the drivers seat.

This is the time Kilgore. Enjoy it.

You are my dog, Mr. Orange. I am running with you...
