Classic Baseball Stuff

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
MLB Network showing 1993 Jim Abbott no-hitter game versus Indians (5 pm ET January 7th).

This looks like old home movies from 1963. KC A's, The Tribe with Early Wynn (bigger than Bartolo Colon). and the Yanks.

Fantastic find!
From Finley's insane baseball caddy (It was a donkey with, for some reason, glowing nostrils?)

To Early, who was clearly never late to dinner.

I actually remember that ball caddy that came out of the ground. But I literally hadn't thought about it for decades. That's unbelievable to jar a memory like that. Also, the game was played in KC, but it looks like the Tribe was wearing their home uniforms instead of the road grays.

Did you catch that A's player with the name "Tony" on his back?

That was 18-year-old Tony LaRussa.
