That Wolves team made the playoffs for the first time that year -- Garnett/Marbury/Googs.... Scary trio and yet barely registered on the radar...

Timberwolves Marbury was so much fun to watch...

I remember that playoff series where they were swept by Houston; I watched a ton of it. I recall an interview with Charles Barkley at the end of the series where he mentioned how impressed he was with the young talent in Garnett and Marbury, but said that they will be expected to be there every year after that and start winning some postseason games. I thought the KG/Marbury duo would be a star one for years to come, but alas, they would last just another season and a half together.

That team had Kevin Willis on it.... We missed the boat on Hubie this summer, but we should kick the tires on Kevin Willis...

He has short arms but I'm pretty sure he can still play...
