Anyone have some thoughts on Treylon Burks ?

i know nothign about this draft, i only know about Berry and what he likes to focus on. I cant define SPARQ for you, but I would put a bet on it right now that the player the Browns draft has a very high SPARQ score, and i would guess it will most likely fall at one of 3 positions DL/WR/DB

If you watch his tape, they use him in ways no one that big should be used.

He’s probably the guy that if he pans, has the top ceiling because he is… huge. And fast. And can jump to another dimension. But I’m concerned about his ability to run a full route tree and I still would take him in a heartbeat.

any chance you can elaborate? DT isnt a position of Value? I know nothign about davis, just wasnt sure why you feel this way.
The Browns, from what we've seen, value extreme youth and a history of great production from their first round talent.

Jordan Davis is 22 and hasn't played enough. It'd be an extremely out of character for Berry.

Thing about this draft is we are super deep at WR imo, when that happens I rather take a WR in the 2nd round with plenty of top talent at WR left and take someone from the DL or LT, cut Conklin and move Willis if its LT and use the money saved on a DT in free agency.

I agree. I'd say for early picks (first two rounds) the order of importance is...

1. Age
2. Production
3. Athleticism

does Davis offer anything as an effective or consistent pass rusher? Generating interior pressure regularly helps this defense takes another step.

The Guardrails list QB, CB, pass rusher, and OT as key positions. We drafted OT and CB in round one of the past two drafts. The other note under "Key Positions" is "QB: Keep Investing." If one of the premium pass rushers or OTs falls to us I could see us going in that direction (as much as I would like a WR). I would also expect them to draft a QB at some point since this group hasn't yet invested a single pick at that position.

Yeah this is gonna be my guy in this draft…. I know others will be more popular going forward but this just seems like the perfect threat within this division.

Just a rumor and may not be true but I think it's fun to speculate about:

Cooper and Ridley makes sense, and perhaps Metcalf if the Seahawks move on from Russ. WRs are a dime a dozen and there will be plenty available this offseason, hope we're able to come away with some good talent without destroying the cap.

DK Metcalf would be worth the price of admission.
