Atkins, sure, but John Ross is awful and not worth a single pick or player.

He's worth at least a 7th round pick. I think he's going to end up in New England though. They need a speedster.

Ross has looked pretty good at times. Just because he's almost certainly not going to become a star receiver doesn't mean he's not a useful field-stretcher / deep threat. Receivers who run a 4.2 will always have a place in the NFL.
Main question with Ross is if he can stay healthy long enough to make an impact on the field.

CIN has quietly drafted some really good receivers for a long time now. People talk about PIT drafting receivers but The Bengals have been as good as anybody at drafting the position.
DVOA currently around 19th-20th on run, pass and overall D (17th overall last week,) with run offense 7th and pass offense 23rd ( just barely negative at -0.3%.) Overall offense tumbled from 14tth last week to 23rd.
Overall DVOA tumbled all the way to 25th, largely due to 31st ranked special teams. Our "estimated wins" put us at "3.4-2.6," indicating we are, in fact, not quite as good as our record with how those blowout losses looked, but we are still projected at 8.8 mean wins over the season. Playoff % odds dipped into the 40s.
