I'm worried when fast guys start getting lower body injuries. That's never a good sign.

But it sounds like Johnson might be back? Mitchell, Johnson and Ward would be enough to have a functional pass defense.

I'd worry about a re-injury for Wilson if he pushes himself back too soon.

Might as well not push Wilson for this game. Hate to re-injure his self somehow.

Going from limited to sitting out completely can’t bode well. Fuck that sucks and wasn’t Greedy back at practice? Too soon? Vernon I’m just basically writing off entirely. He’s offered essentially nothing.

My guess is that Ward sits out, but Wilson and Clayborn both play.

Kevin Johnson is probable.

Guessing it will be Mitchell and Johnson on the outside and Thomas in the slot for this week with hopefully Ward and Greedy both back for next week.

Hey, Money Mitch has almost as high PFF grade as Ward right now.

Old Reliable $$ has a 68.7 grade allowing 5 receptions on 14 targets, good for a solid starter. Ward has a 71.2 grade with 7 receptions on 15 targets.

It's fair to point out Ward always takes the tougher assignment, but for a fourth stringer $$ is having one hell of a start to the season.

Wasn’t he also off to a rock-solid-to-good start in 18 prior to breaking his forearm and missing a large chunk of the season? Seemed like he couldn’t get back on track once he came back that year. Glad he wasn’t waived or anything like that.

Washington got roasted on the ground (160 yards allowed, 5.0 YPC) last week against Arizona. So it will be interesting to see how effective the running game ends up being this week.

I’m curious about what percentage of that was Murray on improvised/designed running though? Washington doesn’t have to have its ends play contain against Mayfield at all.

Murray had 8 attempts for 67 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Drake carried 20 times for 86.
