Cleveland @ Washington

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Win with defense. They will NOT shoot 56% all night from the perimeter. Let LeBron run the offense, and set up the others. Wizards are poor off ball defenders.

Moo

Sit LeBron he is killing us with his ill advised deep jumpers...

Still anyone's game, but I don't like all the outside shots we have been settling for. We need to attack the hoop and set up our bigs for close range shots. Jamison is exploitable defensively, but we have chosen not to take it to him.

The Cavs finally start going after Haywood and he loses his cool. Good. Haywood is thrown off his offensive game when he is preoccupied defensively.

Z is ejected...smart move..

Yep... I seem to have spoken too soon. Bumping a ref is just garbage... at least thow a punch at an opposing player if you are so frustrated you want to lose your mind.

You can book this one LeBron forgot how to score, we don't have Z and apparently we don't feel like playing defense tonight...game over..goodnight

We are chucking up some terrible shots. We should get Gooden involved in the offense on the low block before this gets out of hand.

Not a great effort tonight. Cavs managed to stay there in the 1st half but were completely outplayed in the 2nd half. They were basically outworked tonight and not a great coaching effort from Brown.

LeBron with 2 terrible shooting nights in a row. Could the heavy minutes be taking their toll?
No one had a good game tonight. Horrible shot selection and some lazy D by everyone.
Maybe the worst game from Sasha since he became a starter.

That was a terrible offensive foul call on Z. I don't blame him for being pissed. Not sure what the hell that ref was looking at. Unfortunately that didn't fire up the Cavs. They jacked up shots from 15 feet on out for the next 7 minutes. I don't know how Brown allows them to go through stretches where they do that.

Nice to see S. Graham get some minutes. I think he has some good ability and can play in the NBA but Cavs might need a more experienced player now with all their injuries.

Tomorrow night isn't an easy one either. Warriors have talent on the perimeter and that always causes problems for the Cavs.

True the call on Z was terrible, but he needed to focus that anger in a more productive way. The NBA is full of terrible calls on a nightly basis. Z needs to channel that anger in a way that helps his team on the floor.

The sad thing is, he played so well when the refs weren't screwing him.

Wow i really enjoyed watching that game even tho the Cavs lost. That was one of the most heated games i have seen the Cavs play this season, felt like a playoff game to me. If LeBron could hit a jumper and we played better D, could have been a win.

I dont remember Wash being this good the first game. Their team must be gellin. They were on FIRE! Their starting five is solid. Jamison was great. Arenas was feelin good about bein an All-Star. I think the Wash missing Larry Hughes talk may go away, Caron Butler played great, and he's got a better jump shot than Larry it seems. True we havent seen the Real Larry yet as a Cav, since he's been slowed by injuries and adjusting to his new mates.

After watching that game, its a real possibility the Cavs will face the Wizards in the playoffs, 4 vs 5. Theyre right there with Indy and Mil, and the Pacers are hurtin. Cle vs Wash in the first round would be a great series, if anything like the game tonite! Add to that the Larry Hughes factor, the Z Haywood matchup, Bron and Arenas, thatd be damn good basketball.

the refs screwed us in the last period baiting z and then tossing him for a minor bump.

we still have the best record in the east over the last ten games, washington is a good team. nothing wrong with losing to a team that advanced in the playoffs last year. if we meet in the post season,we will beat them like a drum roll because we'll have the home floor advantage and we're nearly unstoppable there and they won't have their twelfth man to help them out. plus the refs will no let Lebron lose early in the playoffs. we are a team built for playoff basketball. lots of outside shooting and fast break points. and it only gets better when we get hughes back, as he was one of the main reasons that washington did so good last year.

lets just do good against golden state that great state. they are a tough team but they should be easy to beat playing a back2back on the road. they looked sick against the pacers friday shooting under forty percent. they don't have any allstars and we have a couple plus hughes who would've made it if not for that freak injury.
