Are you saying the slurr was intended toward me? I hardly responded to him, he was so insane it wasnt worth it. I just ignored his posts mainly.

Speaking of dad jokes, i said one on my Purdue message board that I dont post much on because it isnt well moderated and i go their only for info on my alma matter.

Anyways, we have a freshman starting at PF named Furst. The previous starter is a sophemore named Gillis who was suspended for the first 4 games of the year. When he returns, Purdue will be 10 deep, and the question was will Gillis start once he is done with suspension, my response:

I not only think Gillis wont start, I think he will be the last person off the bench because "if you are not Furst, you are last"

I would of killed over here for that joke. I feel i am not appreciated in my own time, lol

Oh, i made a reference to half baked the movie, wasnt even an insult to him, i just loved that movie when younger and think backiatomy is a hilarious movie reference.

Anyone who took offense to that and makes a slur deserves a banning, lol

And for the record, i might make a F%& meme referencing the south park episode, but only if someone said they own a Harley or something, i would make it obvious torward South Park if you saw the episode, lol

Sadly I called this back when it happened. In a contract year they're going to be extra cautious and I understand that.

Negative - Not having Sexton this year

Positive - Will definitely help speed up Garland's progress as "The Dude" in the backcourt

Negative for Collin - I think this undeniably hurts how much money he'll get offered elsewhere in the offseason. It has to, right? At least to some extent.

Positive for Cavs - We do have the ability to match, so if he's getting offered slightly less now then we may get him back at a discount.



Still hate that the young man is injured and wish him a speedy/full recovery.

This thread has turned into a mess. You guys usually entertain me though so I'm not complaining here.

Sadly I will say that Collin has likely played his last game in a Cav uniform. I was really rooting for him the past 3+ years to succeed in Cle but the script is telling me something else. Assuming the Cavs get some weak @ss return in a sign and trade (similar to what the Pels got for Ball) and if Okoro doesn't pan out then I would seriously start to question Koby. The team is fighting but the SG/big wing positions are in shambles.

DG keeps improving and obviously Mobley was a no brainer. Koby has spent the rest of the draft selections incl 2 lottery picks on Collin, Okoro, Windler and KPJ. No bueno.

On the bright side the Sexton situation is still better than Denver and MPJ. Can you imagine being on the hook to pay him $150 mil over the next 5 years now that he has developed another nerve issue in his back. How do you build around Jokic? Brutal. At least the Cavs were in a total rebuild when they got themselves into the Love contract.

I don’t see sexton as a rfa getting a big offer
Look for the Cavs to match anything
Unless sexton decides to play. 1 year and then become a ufa. That would be one hell of a bet on himself
