Still at .5 on the young season and averaged .6 last year. Also needs to be a better rebounder if he's playing SG. 18 3 2 with .5 steals ain't it. Scoring is there and not going away. But if he wants to be a legit starting SG down the line 20+ PPG 5 RPG 3 to 4 APG with 1+ SPG will be mandatory. If not his best role will be a microwave bench scorer ala Lou Williams. Although that's not a bad thing. I don't doubt his drive but I wonder if he can eventually be productive enough outside of scoring to be an effective starter on a lefit team.
Another 2 steal game for Sexton against Philly. Add that to a nice game with rebounds (5) and assists (4) and a good all around effort for him. Let's hope he starts a little streak of improving his overall floor game. Cleveland.com had an interesting article about pushing him to go through screens more. Hopefully that gets him in position to challenge players more on defense.
