If we sneak into the playoffs somehow and our guys all get healthy on their respective timelines, things could get interesting. Sadly the homestretch of our schedule is brutal. Will be an interesting month...

Managing to scrape together victories and force OTs without Atkinson, Bjorkstrand, Jones, and Anderson has me awestruck. In addition to having injured net-minders as well.

Torts should assuredly be top three in COY running after how he has upcycled players from Cleveland and kept the Blue Jackets in the hunt.

So I'm an NCAA hockey coach.....

And yeah, I'll likely be watching every NHL Playoff game so don't hesitate to reach out w/ questions

I know the Jackets FO personnel really well-- better than all other NHL teams combined, actually. They have a real Cleveland Indians type of vibe in their front office. Very good at finding value in the draft and in free agency. Also very good at player development. I don't think there's another team in the NHL that would've made the playoffs after losing Duchene, Panarin and Bobrovsky in the same off season.

Honestly, the Leafs are a great matchup for the Jackets. It's just gonna be a matter of whether or the not the Jackets will be ready to play that hard-nosed game right off the bat and sustain it. Have to lean on the Leafs and play a heavy game. Play has been sloppy so far and the ice is shitty so that also helps the Jackets. But at the end of the day, the team with the hotter goalie typically wins in the playoffs.

Woof that’s a bad goal on Andersen. Jackets won’t complain though

This Foudy- Jenner- Nyquist line has been buzzing tonight.

Foudy is gonna be a player. He’s still a kid. He can absolutely fly

This has been a really good 3rd so far for CBJ. Big 6 mins here as the Leafs are making a push

That was a dominating 3rd period for the Jackets

No SOG for the Leafs for the last 6:12 of the game.

Matthews was the only one noticeable of all the Leafs high scoring forwards tonight. Jackets need to keep it that way.

The Jackets opportunities on the counterattack in the 3rd might’ve spooked the Leafs late in the game

That game kinda dragged ass for awhile, but that 3rd period was incredible. Just dominating,

That was basically the perfect Blue Jackets game. Greasy, dirty, and physical.
