Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Read the updated info I put in before. It's about creating increased fan interaction with the franchise. The model has proven to be very popular in soccer.
When you get contracts with the Boston Celtics , Philadelphia 76ers and Cavs ( they are in negotiations with several other teams too) its impossible not to take the company seriously. You are taking about partnerships with Billion dollar franchises and in the case of national teams entire countries. That does not happen by accident.
The fan tokens for the Argentinian national team sold out in less then two hours. There is def demand, and this company is just geting started.

I am not really interested in talking crypto and realize this post is 3 months old, but I think this is a dangerous way of thinking. There are several instances of pyramind schemes / MLM organizations partnering with professional sports teams and use it as a way to legitimize themselves in their pitches.

3 that come to mind right away: Herbalife had their name across the chest of the LA Galaxy jerseys. Amway Arena/Center is the name of the Orlando Magic's arena, Veema/Verve was partnered with the Phoenix Suns

No utility means it's worthless.
I definitely don’t agree with this. There’s no utility in sports collectibles. There’s no utility in most fine arts. There’s no utility in the first prototype of a car that won’t run anymore

I favor utility in my NFTs and crypto, but there is also a long history of collectibles markets where utility isn’t really a prerequisite to high valuations. Collectors gonna collect

So they recently signed a huge deal with the Lakers and chiliz is up over 2,800 percent in one year, also the market cap is now over 2.7 billion and they are already a force in soccer over seas. But you guys are free to Go ahead and continue to doubt them while many of us are making profit. Since this thread has been woken up, If anyone is interested in getting into voyager and getting some free btc just DM me for my referral.

listen guys crypto requires a ton of research, and time into these projects. To be frank most of the people that are responding don't seem to have a ton of knowledge about any of the major blockchains or projects that exist. Not enough to really have meaningful discussions.

Not doubting them or saying it's not a legitimate company. I don't know the company or care to learn more about them.

Just pointing out that just because a sports team takes your money doesn't necessarily mean you are legitimate.

To be fair, the majority of intelligent people have moved away from the stupidity that is NFTs, unless you're just trying to launder money.

So if you're actually making money, congrats. If you're just counting your NFTs as assets and basing your profit on that, then you're already two steps behind.

There are several ways to make a profit in crypto, Nfts is not what I am personally doing, but there have been people that have been very good at flipping them.
Investing, staking and receiving rewards and then getting cash back on sales can be very rewarding if you put in the time. Finding the right platform to buy and hold is critical. I would highly recommend voyager myself.
Knowing what is going on in crypto requires a ton of time invested. I got introduced in January and am still learning daily, but It is an amazing opportunity To improve your situation. If you are serious about learning, I highly recommend looking into some of the promising blockchain Projects competing with Eth.

Again it seems like this thread should be called a complete beginners guide to crypto. Nothing wrong with that, but its not a real conversation when people are just making statements without knowing what they are taking about.

I lost more bitcoin during the Mt. Gox fiasco than you'll ever see. Don't expect that everyone is as uninformed as you were.

That sucks!!! Sorry to hear that. Yeah cold storage is only 100 percent safe way to go. But the current brokers and exchanges have gotten way more adv in security.

My friend is a millionaire now and wasn't at all 6 months ago. NFT's are legal insider trading and if you are in the know you will profit and if not you will likely lose money.

Have you bot any NFTs?

Barrier to entry is too high for me. I am starting a business and need all my cash unfortunately. I was offered a buy in on this thing, but it was 6 figures.

I just have about 10grand on crypto that started as 3

Yeah that’s the frustrating part about NFTs. A bunch of crypto whales throw around ETH they bot years ago for 1/100th of the price and the low float of all the collections make it hard to take anything other than large positions. It’s not like crypto where you can just throw 100 bucks here and there.

I’ll say there is an obscene amount of foul play in the space and coordinated pump and dumps, but there are also legit projects building brands in a new space and innovating. I have no inside information and have done quite well in the space not even being that early. But yeah, 80% of projects get absolutely gutted so the people who put all their eggs in “the next BAYC” mostly get wiped. It’s definitely not the money printing press people make it out to be

It is for he whales. They are gaming it.

Some projects, certainly not all or even the majority. And it’s always pretty obvious who is doing it. I’m in dozens of projects and I can promise you plenty of non whales have become whales. Especially in bored ape yacht club

I invested quite a bit in ETH earlier this year, and even through the ups and downs have always been well above what I initially invested. Right now I'm over double what I put in.
