I hate this take, not a huge Gilbert fan, obviously I am glade he is doing better, but this coach is quitting on the team, he isn't being fired. Koby, Gilbert, no one is to blame but the coach himself, no one asked him to step down.

Shared blame to go around,,,he can't handle the job he never should have been given in the first place.
Who would have ever thought a 67 year old man that only coached college players would have trouble coaching and motivating spoiled millionaire professional basketball players? All 3 of them should have thought long and hard about this.

I think none of the NBA coaches they interviewed excited them much so they took a big swing................and missed. Maybe this years search will provide some decent fruit.
