Welcome aboard. Very talented, hard worker, great shooter.

If he wasn’t injured, I believe he could have been up to #2 ahead of JA. He has talent.

Edit- I guess it was a reach for me to say better than JA but still lots of potential for his talent.

But how does he fit with Sexton?

probably could make it work if one was a vet but man two young alpha dogs playing lead guard is going to be tricky. The short lead combo guards that have made it worked as a duo are guys who've been in the league (hell CJ was a 4 year senior who joined a 4th year vet in Lillard?)

He looks good to me. He'll be the 1 and move Colin to 2

Garland might be a better shooter, but can he run an offense any better than Sexton?

Who is going to defend if they play together?
There will be no defense. and a lot of people are in that fun draft night euphoria but the fact is, one of our 6’0.5 guards will be guarding 6’4-6’8 guys every night

Great point made earlier, Toronto won a championship with Lowry and VanFleet playing a ton of minutes together. Both guys are smaller than Sexton and Garland
Better and willing defenders though... Hope it works out though for the Cavs
