Even if Zion completely turns around his health, chances are Mobley will have the better career.Would trade anyone on this roster for zion.
Probably. I just think if both reach their absolute peaks zion might be a little better. We've seen him dominate both ends of the court already and dominate games.Even if Zion completely turns around his health, chances are Mobley will have the better career.
Both ends is a stretch. Zion has been pretty bad defensively so far in the NBA.Probably. I just think if both reach their absolute peaks zion might be a little better. We've seen him dominate both ends of the court already and dominate games.
Zion Vs Mobley will be a fascinating matchup of oppositesProbably. I just think if both reach their absolute peaks zion might be a little better. We've seen him dominate both ends of the court already and dominate games.
The Persians never got close to Sparta.Zion might've peaked in college. No idea why he is suddenly a garbage defender in the NBA when he looked like a supercharged Paul Millsap at Duke. He is a unique offensive problem as a player that is basically Shaq in the paint, only he has the skills to initiate the offense from the perimeter and maybe has a shot. If he can ever stay healthy, he will be a top 10 player and absolutely dominate. However that is a bigger if than the Persians trying to invade Sparta.
I am going to claim that was my point and not the fact that I am bad at remembering historyThe Persians never got close to Sparta.
Cool little video about Garland’s shiftiness and why he’s so hard to defend.
I saw this from day 1 when we drafted him and my earlier posts in this thread are proof. Being able to dribble to any spot on the court is the 1st thing i look at when i grade PGs or ball handlers period. No matter your shooting form or skill at scoring, you won’t be able to utilize it if you can’t get to a spot with your handle.
Look at Kyle Korver. Efficient EVERYWHERE on the floor but he never was that top guy because he couldn’t dribble or get his own shot.
I personally don’t think you can teach shiftiness or “shake” as some call or. You get it from playing ball. Kyrie is shifty as well and he says he got his skills from playing against taller guys and doing insane dribbling drills every single day.
Some of Garland’s moves are just insane. He has a move in here where he’s on the break, slows down, then does some HARD dribbles then wiggles his upper body a TINY bit but it gets the defender to stutter for a second and then he explodes out of the move. That subtle shit is HARD to defend.
Dude needs to learn about the thesaurus -- by my count he describes Garland as 'quick' 11 times in 40 seconds.
