Still having nightmares about the back to back Cedi clusterfucks on the fast break.

Totally killed any momentum we had.

In fairness to JBB, he only played 16 minutes tonight.

The damage he did in 16 minutes was truly impressive.
Those 16 minutes felt as long as the 16 days between March 14 and March 30 of last year.

Can someone explain to me what Cedi did. I missed most of the second half due to my link. I saw when Garland and Sexton cut the lead down to 10.

Your link spared you at the right moment.

I think the worse part was where he ruined 3 fast breaks in a row (or almost in a row). Airballed one close shot. Missed a layup. Was blocked from behind.

Missed some 3s around then too.

It was basically a one man wrecking crew that took the game from a 4 point to a 12 point game in the span of, honestly, a minute.

He missed three straight layups an dcommitted two fouls.

A minute later he missed two straight threes and committed a third foul on a made bucket.

It was pretty bad.

That's Cedi alright....

At,some point, the organization needs to make a decision on him. He's way too inconsistent for this team. One minute he's hot,he disappears and there's the bad Cedi....the very bad Cedi.

I honestly...I don't mind Cedi because of his price tag but he CANT do what he did tonight.

He's gonna have to start playing a more reserved, controlled game.

Right now he's still going out there playing like he's a prime focal point of the team and he deserves to shoot the ball literally 5 possessions in a row and...no. A role player, a bench role player, can't be allowed to actually end the comeback single-handedly.

If he is your 9th or 10th man, that is totally fine right? He gets hot he may win you a random game. If he is not, then play someone else. Cedi is the kind of player who excels on a team with other players who can move the ball and keep it going. Our offense is not built to do that at the moment. Sometimes he still has flashes but frankly, I think a lot of the takes in this thread are major overreactions.

Ideally, Cedi is a backup 3 on a good team. I think he would excel playing 14-18 minutes in a regular rotation each night. Maybe if he gets really hot you leave him in longer. Looking at the deal he signed, something along that line seems to be his perceived place in the league.

On another note, a couple days ago I was watching the documentary on Netflix about the Night Starker (Richard Ramirez)...the serial killer in LA in the mid 80s. It's very well made, I recommend it.

When they actually found the guy I was like wtf this dude is familiar. Why does he look so familiar? Then I was like oh shit he looks a lot like Cedi in a lot of pics!

Cedi pissed me off last night, but let's not compare him to that fuckwad.

What kind of shit is that of "dark side"? What do you expect for a second round pick? ... Yes, we need a good SF, a Gordon Hayward tipe of player to be a trully plsyoff team. But Cedi, with his ups and downs, i think is a usefull rolleplayer. No a starting material, perhaps more inconsistent than Tayrean, but what do you expect?
