Database Error/Duplicate Posts

[Backstage]

Getting a "database error" when trying to post a reply in the "Latest Game" thread in Games & Gadgets. Going to the front page shows my post as the latest in that thread, but my reply doesn't actually show up when I go to the topic.

Tried logging in and out, clearing cache, etc., but nada.

EDIT: Everything seems square on Tapatalk, but things are still wonky in browser.
