Absolutely fascinated with this guy. IMO he's a better big man than Anthony Davis, has way more versatility in his game yet is not viewed as the same..

In fact, this whole get a big man to change your franchise's fortunes garbage is completely unfound upon when you see this...

Been in the league for 5 or 6 seasons and has done nothing to change the franchise.... Much like Kevin Love in Min.... These 25-12 numbers these days don't carry much weight in terms of carrying a franchise.

He's an amazing talent who is just wasting away...initially due to his own attitude and now due to the organisation being unable to maintain any stability for growth. I wonder if he will turn down money in the future to change teams? its a way away but if they dont improve he will have spent 8 year losing.

I think his main strength is that he can move like a guard but he can use his weight and size at the same time

He will soar when he leaves Sacramento.

But that's the point-- shouldn't a player of this caliber, with all this talent and youth be able to move the needle a little bit ?

Essentially this is what teams are tanking for every year... Just like Okafor this draft ??

Big men are nice assets to have, but it just shows how much the NBA has changed to where you can be one of the teams with the luxury of having a dominant inside force and at the end of the season it means absolutely nothing...

I feel for Cousins.

Two 20 point, 20 rebound games and his team still lost.

I think he's lost all respect for the organization when they fired Malone.

Best center in the NBA, easily. Probably second only to Anthony Davis when it comes to big men in general.

He was initially held back by his poor attitude and mental issues. Now, he's become a victim of the continuous ineptitude in the Sacramento front office, and he's locked into a contract with zero options until 2017-18.

My bet is that unless things dramatically turn around in Sacramento, he will force a trade well before that time comes. Firing Mike Malone was one of the worst things they could have done.

Comical straight comical

Just to play along with this nonsense. Do you know the Kings are 2-12 without him this year that's on pace for a whooping 11 wins on a season the last 2 seasons kings are 3-24 without him. Do you know that he missed a month because of viral manigities Where the clown front office decided to torpedo the season and fire his coach and signed a coach not qualified to coach in the nba. Outside Gay/Collison (who have missed games) I dare you to name a player on the roster that would crack any teams rotation 6 any player. The last 3 games alone the kings are -32points in 22min that's cousins sits that's on pace to loose a game by 72points. Just look at NO when Davis sits out there team still wins of Cousins was out the whole season the team would be battling with the Knicks/lakers. He has better advance defensive numbers than Davis and is a better rim protecter look it up before you assume other wise cussed AD blocks shots. Before getting sick cousins was the anchor to a defense that was 5th in the league. I'm not even gonna touch the Love comparison cause if cousins was here instead of Love cavs would literally win 70 games a year for the next 5 years. I don't even think a team would take the cavs to 6 games in a series.

Love this kid. Would love to see him somewhere other than Sacramento. They are a treadmill of suck.

The Kevin Love comparison is good too. Would like to see what he looks like in a winning culture.

I can't believe how young he still is. Feels like I've been watching the life get sucked out of him in Sac forever.

You'd likely have a section of fans bitching about his drop in production and about how they should have kept an unproven rookie instead.

His free agency is going to be insanity...put him on a team with respectable players and it could be special. Will be fun to see.

They fuck up their draft picks and FA signings every year. Look @ the talent around him...it's trash. I think it's unfair to "blame" him for that team's struggles.

Kings are 3-25 without him that's a pretty big needle

The Kings are just utter garbage...trade LeBron for Cousins, and the Kings still aren't making the playoffs. Yes, not even LeBron James could take the Kings to the playoffs.
