I wouldn't worry too much about what zone you are in for Aerobic Activity when trying to lose weight. As long as you have taken in less calories then are needed to maintain your weight...at the end of each day...you will lose weight.
Yea but yo can lose muscle which is hard to build
 
Working out has been insane. Working out while sore is amazing. Different parts of muscles are sore. That's the way to do it.

Been going steady with it with good diet 8/10 times.

Aunt told me I look like I lost weight already.
Do not workout muscles that are sore. You will impede gains
 
I know, but i'm hitting different parts of the muscle. The part that isn't sore.
You shouldn't be hitting different parts of the muscle on different days. Bicep day is bicep day Leg day is leg day. And guaranteed you are using those muscles on days you don't think you are, they are all connected
 
I never did till I met my cousin who does. He's jacked. It seems to be working.
Just because he's jacked doesn't mean he isn't doing something he shouldn't. He'd be even bigger if he didn't do that
 
So what "parts" of the muscle do you workout day after day

My man it's your body but there isn't a single guy on the face of the earth that would recommend working out every body part every day. It's your body, I can't make you do it right, but you're going to waste a lot of time getting nowhere

Like for example on day 1 the part on the chest near the arm pit hurts after benching etc. then after day 2 its the entire "peck" not just the part near the armpit.

Those are the same muscle

I suggest writing a post on reddit asking if that's recommended so you can get ripped apart. Or I could do it for you

Its the same muscle? But the feeling is in a different location. Yes I get its the same musce but a different part of the muscle is sore.
