You see gains
You said you were like 250 and trying to lose weight. Did this change?

How do you see your gains what does that mean?

Tape measure? Scale? Bf calipers or handheld digi?

I'm 280 trying to lose weight. This didn't change. You see gains by incrase in muscle mass and the scale. If you're 160 lbs and you gain 10 lbs your routine is working. Sure, tape measure and bf calipers or handheld digi can all be resources to use to measure gains. I prefer scale lol.

Or it could be 10 lbs of fat.

You typically don't want to gain weight when you're cutting.

You do you, if you're just doing it recreationallu and for something to enjoy don't really bother with any of this, but even just a tape measure along with the scale is sufficient

Just started @DeeThree and @natedagg ’s routine.

Already gained 15 pounds in a week and everything is sore. All the time.

Yeah Mr. Dirty Gainz Dave is in here squeezing the fun sponge while we are flexin on our exes. It hurts to flex but dude, pain is weakness leaving the body. I didn’t even recognize you w all that lean muscle mass. Gotta turn the phone sideways for a selfie.

And the libido! They could use my sperm to revive the world bee population. Call it a beesome, and I’d be the one doing the stinging.

I tried the grocery store tonight and snagged 2 hangar steaks and some motherfuckin thick cut bacon.

But my buddy did freshly and he liked it. I just hate being told what to do and therefore hate recipes. I can’t believe anyone would pay to be told what to do, but it’s a thing. Beats the shit out of horrible fast food and carb-laden bullshit frozen food.

I'm assuming he has a proper diet and is bulking.

Has anyone tried Impossible Burger 2.0? It apparently looks, cooks and tastes just like real beef, but it's totally plant based, so is much healthier than eating real beef. I never in my life want to eat a veggie burger, and always thought it was stupid they even existed because they didn't remotely taste like real hamburger. But I absolutely want to try this.

I tried it at B Spot when we were there a while back, I honestly couldn't tell much of a difference. I thought it was great.
