Rapid weight loss needed. Consuming 1800 calories a day or less if possible. Back to doing calisthenics too; I did 4 sets of bar curls and I literally couldn’t straighten my arms for a day and a half. I’m sick of not liking how I look.

Doing the math. I'm actuslly nowhere near my best shape. I don't get it man. Maybe I can only get so big. Doesn't even make sense in terms of muscle memory.

If I go too hard on this cycle and it goes perfectly I'll be where I was at the end of the last one.

Man I'm trying the @The Process God stack for a week to see if I can take it before stocking up. 700mg test, 500 tren, 50ddbol 100 adrol. Really odnt think im gonna make it. Tren is brutal for mood, so is adrol, dbol makes you unathletic
