Rapid weight loss needed. Consuming 1800 calories a day or less if possible. Back to doing calisthenics too; I did 4 sets of bar curls and I literally couldn’t straighten my arms for a day and a half. I’m sick of not liking how I look.

Doing the math. I'm actuslly nowhere near my best shape. I don't get it man. Maybe I can only get so big. Doesn't even make sense in terms of muscle memory.

If I go too hard on this cycle and it goes perfectly I'll be where I was at the end of the last one.

Man I'm trying the @The Process God stack for a week to see if I can take it before stocking up. 700mg test, 500 tren, 50ddbol 100 adrol. Really odnt think im gonna make it. Tren is brutal for mood, so is adrol, dbol makes you unathletic

Think. I done cutting, feel small with a shirt on. Calculator says 9 percent, I'd believe 10 I think. Gonna bulk on what gear I have this week and see ifmmood improves due to having food and being off bronkaid

Man I want to cut another week. 4 more lbs and I'd look perfect. But I'm just gonna bulk so there isn't any point.


Upped calories today. Going with 4000. I think I can hang with tren. I felt invincible at the gym today. All eyes on me.

I was terrified of jumping on the treadmill. Thought I would be under 180. 191.2, but it is the end of the day. Don't know how much of this is glycogen and water weight but.. Like I look maybe the best I ever have.

Going somewhere around 500, 600 tren ace every week, 600 test, 50 dbol and 100 adrol for 6 weeks. I'm going to see what I can do on tren. I done playing games cutting off cycle. I'm not gonna lose them any more.

Man I want to go to the gym all day long. I just want to stay there.

Man I think I stop at 200 at 10 percent. I could get there this cycle.

Upping calories was no problem.

Aggression comes quick. No patience. I can control it though.

Workouts feel incredible.

Low on empathy. Low interest in people. Nowhere near as affable as normal.

Headaches.

Wish I had lost another 4 lbs from where I was in that Pic. Cool thing is with tren even if I miscalculated my calories and don't put on a lot of size il at least lose fat

Cutting out the anadrol in last effort to run this trun cycle. Hopefully it's that that's causing the aggression but I doubt it

Didn't take drol today. Still a walking liability. I want to mix napalm with motor oil and chug.

Is a nightmare but im gonna miss a part of it. You're a super villain. And I look like a fucking monster. May try an mma gym for a week just to toss some guys around while it wears off

Trying one last inject of tren before pulling plug. Probbaky going test npp dbol and sdrol for 9 weeks and a super cut on tren for a couple. May run a bit of tren w npp to see if that keeps bloat and fat down
