I was looking for something to supplement my cardio over the last couple of months. I haven’t been able to swim and the weather has been too inconsistent to get out and ride or run. I needed something I could do everyday.

I bought BeachBody on demand and decided to go with Insanity Max 30. Holy shit is this tough. I just started month two on Monday. This is easily one of the hardest workouts I’ve put myself through.
 
Down 15 lbs. at 225 now.

It's such a struggle to exercise. But I am overcome with boredom to the point that even playing video games isn't fun anymore. So I go for walks out of boredom. I walked 15 miles today. I did that two days ago too. I was drenched, and sore. I told my self I will continue to do this until I am in shape enough to get a job. Right now if I were to get a construction job I'd be dead. Thanks for reading.

Very lean though. Kinda interested in dropping another 5.

Started the dbol a few days ago, just pinned test and deca.

And I've got a shit ton of tren. I may do like 200 or 300 a week with the deca for a lean bulk, I may switch to tren at the end of the deca instead.

I like being lean. This is gonna be a lean bulk. Staying just over maintenence
 
I look nothing like this in my bathroom mirror lighting. My body dysmorphia doesn't know what to do.

 
Up to 180.7 this morning, and I'm sure I've lost some actual weight from cutting even though I'm up 6 lbs.

Of that 6 (9)lbs, majority is water and glycogen.

Mood sucks. Irritable, no patience.

Started upping calories from 1500 to 3000 4 days ago. I am always hungry. It'd very easy to fuck up. It's all timing of calories. Eat a big meal early and you're screwed the rest of the day.

200 tren
25 MG dbol daily
500 MG deca
300 npp to Kickstart

Weekly. I'm still lean, whic h is how I wanna keep it.
 
Got a better road bike. Much better. My old one is terrible and I scoured the CL and bicyclebluebook for deals for like a couple months. Scored a 2012 specialized transition comp w Carbon fiber wheels, Look pedals, and shoes for $775.
Really fun to ride. Put in 27 miles today after canoeing w the kids in the morning. I am spent.

Just as hard to eat 3300 calories as it is to eat 1500. 3300 is timing. If yiu fuck up at night and are hungry, you fucked up and are gonna go over. At 1600 you just eat volume as seldom as possible. Simpler
 
Down 80 lbs since last July. Fully in maintenance mode in terms of weight now, but ideally swapping out some more fat for muscle.

Good shit man.

I've been killing the gym lately. Not sure how or why but I ran for an hour straight yesterday because it just felt good.

I've been alternating full body weight training days and cardio days just trying to probably drop 20 lb of fat and add maybe 10 of muscle. I've been keeping my calories low to cut for now though, around 1300 a day.
