How’s your gym “Fasion” Dave?
Yoooo I like cute af

Youngla has great stuff.. I'm getting into oversized tops and cutting the arms off, makes chest and shoulder look really broad but you don't lose your arms in them

How you been girl

Ok so I pretty much chilled with supps for awhile.

But I wanted to cut and literally started fasting and slowly came back with Bone Broth...However I started taking this Yohimbine HCL in the morning before the gym and I've cut down so damn fast it's stupid...

Black coffee and 4 pills of Yohimbine.... Great for the sexual health too..

They say the pills can cause anxiety and speed your heart but I've not had one second of either side effect..

Up 13 lbs since start. Strength and size way up.

Feel like shit. My knee is a Balloon, I play too much softball. I've had migraines for weeks. Lethargy. I may have had covid, I don't know.

Gonna stop the npp and go with high test and see if I feel any better

I need some ideas for a good breakfast. Something easy that I don't have to work at every morning. I don't mind prepping a few days in advance but if I can get something everyday that takes minimal effort; microwave, grab and go, etc that would be ideal. Something where I don't have to think too much about it. I have 3 standard breakfasts
1. 2 eggs over easy, 100 calorie english muffin with butter and a cup of coffee.
2. Special K with vanilla and almond cereal, coffee
3. Oatmeal with some fruit and granola, coffee

I am trying to do a low calorie diet, under 2k. My lunches will be 350-550 per day. Dinners are TBD

I like overnight oats. Rolled oats, almond milk, add in some flavors (I do honey, cocoa powder, different nuts, and frozen fruit) then just leave it in the fridge until you want it.

What about Chia pudding? ratio should be 2 tbsp to half cup of milk.. put it in the fridge overnight and eat it in the morning.. can add fruit, cinammon or even oats if you want. Chia is really, really healthy and is filling.

So I got my paws on some GW501516 Cardarine this past week since it’s been banned in most places and I’ve seen just a ridiculous notable difference with stacking it in a fasted state with the Yohimbine HCL…

There’s really no such thing as a magic diet pill… But Cardarine is basically exercise in a capsule…I’m only gonna use the one bottle to cut to where I want and then just maintain from there…

Great stuff…

I was recommended Yohimbine by a friend and started using it this morning. I gained a good amount of weight over covid working crazy hours and eating like shit with little physical activity. Been in the gym nearly daily (mostly cardio and lightweight) for about a month and dropped 12 lbs. Looking to get another 5-10 off before maintaining.

Hoping the Yohimbine can get me a little boost as I've sort of plateaued the last several days. Good to see it recommended by someone else.

Oh I love Yohimbine. Now it can speed up your heart and in some cases can cause anxiety. I however have not had any of these symptoms. I did have a heart race slightly when I first started taking it… But I’ll pop 4 pills 30 minutes before working out and I’ll also take a preworkout with some in it like a Jekyll/Hide one…No issues at all. In fact feel great.

But the key is taking it on a fasted stomach… Would recommend taking it in the morning and working out.. If that’s not an option make sure you wait about 3-4 hours and eat nothing then take it on a fasted stomach….

But I noticed a considerable difference. Also I did really limit my carbohydrate intake as well. The diet is more critical than the working out honestly

Bronkaid caffeine and asprin are as close to magic diet pills as you can get

Yeah ephedrine is in Bronkaid. Stack that with about 325mg of aspirin and you’re getting some of those old school DMAA effects that was in the old Oxy Elite and Jack3

Problem is any kinda high intensity training and you’re all but begging for trouble…

In the police academy right now, we're doing more exercise than I've ever done in my life and I'm burning a massive amount of calories. I'm already pretty lean and I noticed that just after week one that I've already lost a little bit of weight.

What are some good, healthy options to get me a TON of calories per day? I can't be out downing a pizza every night because then I'll just throw it up the next day out on the runs. I would also really appreciate some good, filling breakfasts that aren't super labor intensive because I'm strapped for time right now.

Thanks!

Couple things. Ton of calories is really not cheap no matter if you go the food route or just take an easy mass gainer route…Problem with the mass gainer is you’re gonna have to get a new tub of it like every 2 weeks… You’re paying for the protein in it but your kidneys can only really absorbed between 25-30 grams per serving and the rest you piss out… Even this one here (similar to one I followed awhile back when I wanted to build muscle) says between 40-50g of protein… But it’s a waste… Does fill you up tho

MEAL ONE @ 8:15am
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 40 gram whey shake
  • ½ cup oats
MEAL TWO @ 11:30am
  • 1.5 cup rice
  • 1 can tuna
  • 10 gram whey shake
MEAL THREE @ 3:00pm
  • post workout shake
    • 75-100 grams carbs
    • 40 grams protein
    • 5 grams creatine
MEAL FOUR @ 5:00pm
  • 1.5-2 cups rice
  • 40-50 grams protein from either chicken or tuna
MEAL FIVE @ 7:30pm
  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 30 grams protein from either chicken or tuna
MEAL SIX @ 9:30pm
  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 8-10 oz steak
  • salad
This translates into roughly 4500-5000 calories per day with minimal fat intake and high carbohydrates and high protein which will fill you out… Especially if you’re doing all that cardio… But you balance out that cardio and get all those calories you’ll be pretty jacked pretty quickly…

I would recommend the mass gainer just because of its efficiency and ease….

I have been doing overnight muesli lately...150 calories in a paltry 1/4 cup...it's basically half oats and half other whole grains/nuts/seeds. 1/2 cup of that soaked overnight in a cup of whole milk and a banana is an easy 500 calories.

Good luck to anyone trying to get that many calories in and eating that clean consistently

Eta : per 5000 calories, which I don't think this meal plan sniffs

Fats aren't bad for you. Insufficient fat intake is correlated with higher rates of depression, and fats are pretty satiating
