Our server had a bit of a hiccup... everything should be back to normal.

We may be moving to greener pastures real soon and I'm being promised that this will be the last move needed for the next 5 years.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I thought something was going down for a second because of the site not working. Damn.

Don't look now, but I'm beginning to feel this site slowing down again, like it did before going down yesterday. Maybe it's just me.

I'm scared for the trade deadline hours. The only site that will have sufficient information/inside stuff/stats/thoughts/opinions/etc. that relates to the Cavs will be *wait for it* the Real Cavs Fans website so awesomely put together by Glen, Ben, Mods, and company.

I don't want to feel let down, but I can only cringe when the problems are happening as we speak... This site can't handle it....

All the lies from the MODs about getting over the hump and seeing greener pastures is really starting to take a toll on me psychologically :(

:chuckles: What "lies" have we been spreading???

Thanks for all of your efforts, everyone. I really enjoy this site and I can't wait to see the new incarnation. I think you've all done a great job given the limited funds you must be working with! Keep up the great work!

Well, I really don't want to harm anyone. I do have a solution to your problem and it will help with the server load as well. Take a 3 day vacation.

For those that were wondering we got double hammered... The Cavs post game and for some odd reason the thread "Nudes of George Hill Leaked" had 250 people viewing it. I've turned off guest viewing for now as well

Sounds like two years ago when my nudes hit the site...

Dumb. Piss off the people in charge with unintentional insults. That was stupid...

Personally, I appreciate the efforts you guys are trying to keep this forum working, but I think it's getting tough to keep it flowing. Visitors will naturally flock here with the "NBA's best team's Unofficial best message board". It will slow things down because of the record hits. And we'll keep having some off-server moments until the deadline fuss is over with, and may unfortunately come when we want it the least (meaning when a real move is scooped).

My recommendation is to kill off all of the side things. They all will play a factor, if the move is not possible. Then again, if you can move the server in time, it may solve the issue.

It's really up to you how you want to handle it guys. I would love to be a part of the RealCavsFans festives and posts that come with it. I just feel anxious that it may not be possible.

The final decision is in your hands. Good luck.

Its damn near 3am and there are still 60 guests trying to view that George Hill thread.
