While this is true, AZ has a law you cannot discriminate against someone who has a MMJ card. The exception is when it effects the business's federal standing because its still not legal federally or when machinery is involved.
It is illegal for me to drive a commercial truck while on painkillers. But I am not taking painkillers while working, then I am not going to lose my job because I had a legal script. This is not the case with marijuana because its illegal for medical and recreational use at the federal level.
make it a class 2 drug and its treated like pain killers. They do need better tests to figure out if you are currently high, but in the end it needs to move from class 1 to class 2. Class 1 is no medical use, highly addictive. Marijuana is neither of those, plenty of medical use, and highly addictive.
Horseshit. Cannabis is psychologically addictive, it DOES NOT create a physiological addiction.
I though they had mouth swabs for present detection? Are those proven inconclusive or ineffective at times?
That detects use at best up to 24 hours prior.
