I wonder how his time here wouldve unfolded had he been granted Okoros opportunity. Same with Wade to an extent. You gotta wonder if some of the guys resent Okoro because of this. Imagine forfeiting millions of dollars because a dude inferior to you gets a free pass.

Seriously though, its health and his own play. He's been in the org 4 years. If what he was showing in practice and games was good, he'd have gotten more minutes. Cavs have allowed guys like Wade and Stevens to earn minutes and roles.

Wade has started more games this year than Okoro and averages more minutes per game than Okoro.
Wade earned a contract extension and Okoro has not.

So your whole resentment take is just weird.
