My friend is a Celtics fans and sending me troll messages... Should I go to his house and punch him in the face?
Nah, just tell him to enjoy his next and last two wins of the season.

Celtics 37-0 All-Time when leading 2-0 in a Best of 7 series.
And NBA Finals teams were 0-33 when down 3 games to 1 like the Cavs were in 2016. We all know what happened then. Things can change very quickly.

Smart is absolutely right though. JR's got a history of this type of behavior and this was a dirty play.
And Smart and these Celtics have an even longer history. He talked shit about JR like they didn't pull Love's arm out of his socket. Like their fans aren't assholes. Like their fans aren't racist to opposing players. He shouldn't throw stones.

Least when we lose the series there is no doubt Lue is gone. I’d love to see what a real coach can do with these young guys. No surprise they have all gone to shit after this staff took ahold

A longer history??? All you pointed to was Kelly Olynyk's play on Love a few years back. How does that one incident equate to a history of dirty plays for the Celtics? Also, Kelly Olynyk doesn't even play for the Celtics anymore so what does he have to do with the current squad and their alleged dirty behavior?

guys the Cavs just don't have the horses...Boston is young and hungry...Cavs play no defense and Celtics are a defensive wall they are forcing us into terrible possessions. We may take a game but I think we have to come to terms with the fact this team is out of gas...we had a great run..maybe we could've had 3 titles without injuries and Durant jumping to GS...Cavs have a long way to go with or without LBJ to get back to the mountain

He's confusing the boston celtics with the boston bruins, who have players in their history like Brian Marchand, Milan Lucic, Zdeno Chara, and Terry O'Reilly.

This fucking hurts. This loss stings because its a hustle and heart thing and nothing more. Fuck, if you can't score do the little things to help your team...don't pout and continue to jack up ugly shot after ugly shot.

I simply cannot believe this team will go out like this, I can't fathom it. It's not over but the what to has to be there and right now that is glaringly missing. The back court needs to do more offensively but at least work on both ends to impact the outcome in some way instead of being nonexistent. This is what pains me the most, everyone seems to be lackadaisical and how you get to that state in the conference finals is beyond me.

There is no cure-all, I kept hearing, "home court" throughout the post game pressers. News flash, the state of Ohio isn't on the court, you fuckers with the uniforms are...act like it. I can't see how playing at home is going to drastically increase the hustle missing but at some point, pride has to kick in....right?

Do these cats have pride? They haven't shown in this series and I am feverishly waiting to see it in Cleveland.

Went to sleep, woke up, and it still stings, boys. I can't shake it, im truly saddened. It isn't fun watching your franchise die out there. What last night proved is we have a lot of bad money spent and Dan Gilbert is a great owner because he bent over backwards for this crap.

JR, TT, Hill, just bad money.

I hope the boys can chip away and barely win game 3 only to bounce back and get a blow out feel good win in game 4 and head into game 5 with all the momentum. It is possible.

Jeff Green played 28 minutes and was by far the worst +/- at MINUS 17.

We just got beaten like a drum when he was on the floor. Boston is smart enough they just ignore him and your offense turns into Jeff Green jumpshots. Yeah, no wonder we got outscored.

Green and Hood played a combined THIRTY NINE MINUTES.

Korver played 21. Nance 11. Cedi 2. Jose 2.

Korver should be played at least 28. Nance at least 24. Cedi at LEAST 12-14 and Jose at LEAST 5-7.

Hill, Bron, TT, Korver, Love, Nance, Cedi, Jose. Play 8. No more room for anyone else, though I could see a use for Ante for 10 minutes or so.

Won't ever happen. We'll either get hot from 3 and ride LBJ to a win or we'll lose and everything will get set on fire.
Great post, right on the money
