Following the 21st game of the Cavs 2021/2022 season, RealCavsFans.com introduces the third episode of the Rubber Rim Job podcast.

Rchfld is joined for the first time by co-host @Damage as they celebrate Monday's win over Dallas and prepare you for Wednesday's game against Miami.

The guys sprinkle in calls from @InBoobieWeTrust , @MirORich , @2 For The Brew , @The Human Q-Tip and @Ohio as they discuss:

Darius Garland and Jarrett Allen's continuous growth.

JBB and Koby deserving credit for the season so far.

Okoro providing more than perfect quads and a few hot topics around the NBA.

Michael Stanley always sounds like he's trying to squeeze one out when he's singing.

I'm looking forward to listening to the full podcast while on a long drive this weekend. I'm also going to request for a future into the one Cavs fight song you guys skipped. Yes, the song about "Teddy's Bears" was embarrassing, and horrible. But gloriously so, and would give folks a tiny taste of the horrors of the Stepien era. Don't know how to find a copy, though....

Made it halfway through on my commute this morning. I was saving the second half for my drive home, but I'm very impressed with Damage. Thanks for all the effort in editing, sounds professional!

I'm stunned and a bit disappointed that @RchfldCavRaised and all his guests have made this so damn professional. Can't even think of anything sarcastic to say, no mocking to be had, etc.. It's just really freaking good.

We've got a guy with insight/connections from that era joining us on one of the next few upcoming shows.

We'll see if he remembers that song while his mic is hot

Honestly, both @The Oi and @Damage made post production and all of that pretty easy for my team and I. Both guys are naturals on the mic. We're talking Ron Burgundy good.

We've got some talent on this board

Loving the pod guys! Each episode has been great and the level of analysis is just as high as what we see on here daily! Keep it up!

Was it this one?
