Mobley isn't going to be a sniper in the next few years (maybe never). The next phase of his development needs to be becoming a threat. Even if the release is slow, even if he only hits 35% of his open 3's, it will make us a much better team if his defender has to honor the possibility of a shot going in. He's a good passer, so if he can make his man guard him honestly to the 3-pt line our entire offense would benefit.

Bummer. Sounds like he'll be ready for the season, but wasting a moment of chemistry hurts.

Do they start Kevin or Dean? Wonder what happens at SF if Dean starts for Mobley at PF.

Let's not hope this is a lowball on the downtime, and it's not 3-4 weeks, and then he's rusty come regular season and out of shape and gets hurt again...gotta keep the ship on the rails...steady girl...

He gets anywhere close to league average confidently shooting over people it will do wonders for his game and our offense. He was basically a non-shooter last year (25% shooter from 3), a long way to go to get to 35%

He also has to improve as a passer honestly. He was not a quick offensive decision maker last year and had a poor assist to turnover ratio (although many of those turnovers weren’t on passes they were him getting stripped because he couldn’t quite figure out what to do)

He is nowhere close to a finished product on offense but still averaged 15 ppg on decent shooting

If y’all would pony up a donation to gain S34 access, you would have known about this a day ago.

Hell, you’d even know whose foot he stepped on to do it.

I’m pretty proud that no one from s34 leaked it on to this forum, even if someone wanted to get some Twitter likes with the info.

Would you like to give the info on how to donate?

I just tried to and was unable.

Have donated before but still no S34 access. Guess I need to donate more.

I heard they're looking to amputate his whole leg. Both Mobley and the leg will then be cryogenically frozen until medical advances make it possible to reattach it and repair all the nerve damage.

Early word is that he'll miss the next 135 seasons.

An injury already. Ughhh. If it ain't one fkin thing, it's another.
