Point Mobe being molded as we speak
Lots of positivity about the Cavs in the comments too, even from Warriors fans (lol). Love to see it.Wow watching the game highlights, his fingerprints were all over the 4th quarter early for the win tonight.
I think we’re going to see this next season. I anticipate some pretty big jumps in his skillset during the off-season.Man if Mobley can really be this offensive Hub, which I think he can. The sky is simply the limit.
He's incredible.
It is really nice to be positive about the young guys and having Mobley as your crown jewel

I listened to a podcast with Zach Lowe. Apparently Mobley did not particularly enjoy his summer league experience because he was getting bullied physically. He called the Cavaliers when it ended and said “get me a trainer, I want to get stronger. Like today.” The Cavs, “say no more!”
it seems like he’s motivated to be the best player he can be. I’m sure his dad is in his ear after every game telling him what to improve on.
What Allen does isn't easy, though… he doesn't have many ball skills but his timing is fantastic. I don't expect Mobley to develop anything approaching that for a while. It's exciting. I would really like to see him and Garland develop some solid chemistry the way Allen and Garland can.
I expect the team to keep working together super hard. I wasn't even thinking about next year, but I have to a little since Rubio went down.
Tighten that handle, get comfy with the 3. Now you are on a path to destroy the league

Allen is also a naturally gifted rim runner – Mobley looks like a different player so far
Mobley has not yet figured out how to be a great receiver. This is hardly a surprise - when you are as good as he has been his entire life your team basically gets the ball to you and lets you do your thing. Young stars are almost always better with the ball in their hands or receiving simple passes like post ups. It's not easy to figure out timing on cuts and how to recognize spacing and where the voids in the defense are when the game is far faster than anything you've seen before. Some players never figure this out, but I wouldn't bet against Mobley. Love is a master at this - how a guy as slow and earthbound as he is continually finds open shots is impressive. To be clear, I am not asking them to do the same things. Mobley should be getting the ball to Garland for 3 from inside. He's not doing that now. Mobley does cut to the rim and he rarely gets the ball.
Their opportunities come from different actions, but I'd like to see more synergy from Mobley/Garland. Right now it is mostly about maybe gettinga lob or dumping it to him in the post. Both deadly passers, they need to be looking for each other. Give and goes etc
Love has a ton of old man tricks. (He had most of them when he was 22.)Mobley has not yet figured out how to be a great receiver. its true - he has great hand/eye coordination and they must be like vice grips. He almost always catches it clean and once its in his hands, it stays there.Love has a ton of old man tricks. (He had most of them when he was 22.)
It helps that he's also in possession of one of the best pairs of hands in the business. He can't move his feet anymore but his hands are still lightning quick.
