Ex Indians update

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
A dude I play baseball said he was on some crazy multi year wait list to see the bananas in Savannah. That shit is such a different beast. Compare it more to a marvel movie or some shot than MLB when talking attendance numbers.

Coming to Akron July 2nd and 3rd... tried getting tickets. No luck

Perhaps commissioner Selig could learn a thing or two from Banana Ball

Nolan Jones with a 3-3 night, average up to .366. Hopefully this kid blows up!

I do too. This team boasts about their farm system yet they need bats.

His BAbip is high, his K rate is still high, he would never have done that here, etc.

So you're saying he couldn't have had this start to his season here, or he just wouldn't have been able to sustain this for a season?

First, had Jones still been here, he would have begun the season behind Brennan as a LH corner OF.. Brennan hasn't done anything to get passed up.

Secondly, take all hitting stats in the PCL and Colorado with a salt lick.

Thirdly..and most importantly...you simply can't ignore the strike outs.

You can’t ignore the production too.

.986 OPS production this season so far. Pushing .800 OPS production through his first 150 MLB at bats. You can’t ignore the strikeouts, but you can’t ignore the production when he doesn’t strikeout too.

Also I expect Nolan to steal (or at least try) a lot more bases going forward, like Owen Miller has done for Milwaukee.

As a Brewer, Owen Miller has 9SB/1C in 49 games a steal every 5.444 games. For Cleveland in 190 games he had 4SB/0CS which is 1 every 47.5 games, Only a slight difference lol.

No kidding his BABIP is high. He's scorching the baseball. If he starts losing exit velo and maintains those numbers then he'll be getting luck. Right now that isn't the case.

My sense here is that mac is joking that had Jones been in Cleveland he’d have a something like a .131 OPS or something.
