I backed into the playoffs getting the last seed. I've now won my way to the finals against the top seed. I am hoping that Gurley sits for him...actually, I'd rather he be active and just play a handful of snaps so the other guy doesn't start a guy getting a full workload instead. It's a late start as well, so fuck him.

Those are great starting positions, I love giving my league members flexibility to build a roster however they choose.

Had my first re-draft league draft last night on FFPC. I ended up picking last, which kind of sucked, but what can you do? The league is full PPR with 1.5 PPR TE premium. It's classic style and not best ball (got a best ball slow draft going on right now).

QB: Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold
RB: Aaron Jones, Miles Sanders, Royce Freeman, Nyheim Hines, Chase Edmonds, Dexter Williams
WR: Odell Beckham, Julio Jones, Chris Godwin, Tyler Boyd, John Brown, Albert Wilson, Sterling Shepard, Michael Gallup
TE: Jordan Reed, Chris Herndon
K: Adam Vinatieri
DEF: Dallas (they play the Giants week one so seemed like a good bet)

Obviously RB is a weakness, but that's the consequence of drafting at the turn. The top backs were all gone by the twelfth pick and, it being full PPR, I just went ahead and pulled the trigger on Jones/Beckham back to back. I was hoping Melvin Gordon would fall to the end of the second but no such luck, which left me with Aaron Jones. Not a terrible consolation prize. I've also got high hopes for Miles Sanders, but the rest of the RB group is a mixed bag. Hopefully Freeman gets some burn this year. I loved him as a prospect heading into last year's draft.

I'm feeling good about that WR group. Got four legit starters in a league where I can start up to four WRs, and John Brown and Sterling Shepard could have big years as well. Gallup too. Wilson is more of a best ball guy imo but there wasn't much else out there when I drafted him. Twelve team, twenty deep rosters tends to make for some dumpster diving in the late rounds.

I feel good about my QB duo. Mayfield is going to feast this year and I'm hoping we see a lot more of December Sam Darnold, because he was tearing it up the final month of the season last year. Also feel pretty good about that TE duo. Hopefully Reed can stay healthy for the duration of Herndon's suspension.
