Fantasy Football 2020!!!

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Both of my starting RBs are out (Mostert and Mixon) so I had to scrounge up some low tier starters. Went with peterson and James white.

Thye combined for four points today.

Across my leagues I have a ton of shares of Chubb, Barkley, Mixon, and Sanders, so I feel your pain. Oh yeah, Aaron Jones too!

I don’t want to say that Tyler Lockett single handedly won the game for me, but I did end up smoking my opponent by almost 70 points. I love that people undervalue him every year.

Your issue is you need to stop drafting running backs that begin with M

Got offered Melvin Gordon for Kenny Golladay in my .5 PPR league. Currently sitting pretty tied for first place in the league. I am a little worried about looming suspension chatter but I am in desperate need of a legitimate RB2/RB3 due to the fact I have two somewhat banged up starters and laughable depth behind them. The wire is brutal in this league too - Best available is Chase Edmonds.

My relevant players here:

RB: Cook, Jacobs, Joshua Kelley, Justin Jackson
WR: Hopkins, Metcalf, Golladay, Boyd, Mclaurin, Chark

Tannehill, Jonnu Smith, Blankenship, and Tampa DST round out the rest of my starters, FWIW.

Thoughts?

Honestly might consider rolling the dice on Chase Edmonds before I'd trade for Melvin Gordon, assuming you can get by with a short term solution. Kenyan Drake is gonna be out a few weeks, and Edmonds to me has the higher ceiling (but lower floor).

Buyer beware when it comes to AZ running backs, but there's a suspension looming for MGIII, plus... Denver just is not that good.

Edmunds is going to be a star.

I am dragging ass in our league, Mark.

Fucking McCaffrey and Godwin out again this week. And maybe Aaron Jones.

They are picks 1-3 for me. It is hard to get on a roll with constant gaps in the line-up.

Edmonds is a stud, but you just can’t trust Kingsbury. I learned that the hard way last year with David Johnson.

I’m 0-7 in our league, and miraculously 4-3 with the most points scored in another league. MT being out has completely destroyed me, and Lamar and Hill just aren’t as viable as they used to be, at least this year.

Hope to Christ Jones comes back. If not, I’m likely going to be starting Boston Scott and D’Andre Swift. Which... yech.

Just absolutely brutal luck between my teams this year. I’ve lost Barkley, Ekeler, Jones, MT, Zach Ertz (who has sucked anyway) and Blake Jarwin, just off the top of my head.

David Johnson had a bad back last season.

Drake blows, Edmonds is DJ 2.0

I feel you. In my main dynasty league, I've got the following guys who are either out for the year or have missed games:

Saquon Barkley, Nick Chubb, Joe Mixon, Davante Adams, Chris Godwin, OBJ, Diontae Johnson, and Parris Campbell.

Probably a few other guys too since we have thirty man rosters, but those are the ones I remember and that are prominent enough to care about. I guess you could argue that Campbell doesn't really matter, but I think he was on track for a breakout year before the injury.

In another dynasty league I've got Prescott, Godwin (I have him in every dynasty league), Golladay, Carson, Kittle, Aaron Jones, Mixon, Michael Thomas, Mack, and Manny Sanders.

The sheer amount of injuries to those teams is insane.

David Johnson was a viable RB1 for the first six weeks or so last year, then he went down with injury. When he came back, he was completely frozen out of the rotation by Drake and Edmonds.

Long term, I think Edmonds is the guy there.

He got frozen out because he was hurt and played like shit as a result.

Seems like he's healthier this year, although more of an RB2.

I still don’t trust him.

Fool me once...

PPR league, my RBs have been decimated. I have:
  • Chubb
  • Dobbins
  • Justin Jackson
  • Antonio Gibson
  • Zach Moss
  • Hines
I was offered CEH for Chubb. Would you take that?
