Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Thank you Byron!

Graham instead of coldwad and a little bit of Manny too.

When Mo comes back I'm hoping Sessions gets put behind Manny too...

Think Manny got as many minutes as he needs to get tonight.

More than 15 would hurt our team because of his inexperience but, IMO, giving someone 2 minutes of burn just for the sake of it doesn't do any good at all. Hope that he gets somewhere between 8-12 minutes each game so that he will get used to the system and the NBA pace.

There were a few times where the ball movement opened up the lane for Manny to slash to the rim. He is the only guy we have that will do that other than Sessions, and he hurts the backboard with his layup attempts. Harris should keep playing for that reason until we get a 3 in here to do it.

Sessions will help us win basketball games way more than Manny Harris at this point who has a LONG, LONG way to go.

Harris could use a few D-League stints. If not just to get up to speed on some basic defensive fundamentals(not necessarily systematic, just fundamentals of the game).

Mo and Boobie can both handle the PG duties more efficiently than what I 've seen from Sessions. I think we would be better if Harris was the 4th guard (behind Parker) getting some time at SG, plus he gives us a little more size out there too. I like that Sessions is agressive and can create, but he hasn't shown any ability whatsoever to finish after creating, either by dishing or scoring. I would at least like to see him get fairly equal time as Sessions. Again, once Mo is back...

Manny Harris needs to earn playing time by playing well when he does get opportunities. He needs to stop getting lost on every screen they set when he's chasing a guy off the ball. He needs to start using the abilities he does have to push the ball every chance he gets, and he needs to avoid taking some of the jumpers I've seen him take. Sessions is at least going to push the pace and try to make a positive play, Manny Harris is just way too far off to consider giving that many legitimate minutes to at this juncture. He needs to refine a few fundamental NBA skills for him to even be worth putting on the floor. He has some nice abilities that could help us as a team and he maybe even has a chance to be an effective NBA player for a long time, but at this point...baby steps.

You're on point with the baby steps but navigating a screen isn't exactly rocket science and is a very basic defensive fundamental. I think his problem is he focuses on his man in front of him in an attempt to stay tight but gets easily thrown off with the screens. In other words, he's trying too hard to man up in an attempt to impress coach and ends up getting burned.

I'm sure Byron will continue to point this out and it's just a matter of time before he gets comfortable and is able to relax a little bit. Rookie mistakes.
