Game 18 | Cavaliers vs Knicks Dec. 3rd, 7:00PM (ET)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This might seem far fetched but think about it for a second, could Pavs be our Posey?
His defense is above average, fat, can hit threes, and plays the SF and SG postion.

His 3 point shot isnt as good as posey or his defense but he fits the mold.

Just thinkin.

Could very well be. He's not fat though, not like when he came back last year.

He looks in shape, no injuries, and he's starting to find his niche. As long as he keeps his play consistent as he has the past few games, he may have resurrected his career.

I'd also like to point out his defense is better than Posey on certain high profile players that many want us to trade for.

We should make a gold jersey for home, keep the wine and navy.

These throwbacks are very nice. I'd like to see us unveil the wine versions of the 70's jerseys next time around, those things are beautiful.

It's nice to know we MAY have solutions at the defensive SG (Sasha) or scoring big (JJ) positions that so many of us would agree we need to improve. Far from guaranteed, but it's possible Sasha or JJ can step up enough by season's end.

I still think we could use 1 more guy to take over games (unless Mo steps up even more)...but it's comforting to know that we may very well fill one of our needs with our own players. So maybe come January or February we'd only be 1 piece away (and not even a star, just a good fit) if Sasha or JJ is good enough at the other position.

Agreed, the only cavs jersey I own is the wine version. It's one of my favorite shirts.

Im glad Ferry(or Gilbert) keep their word cuz at the begining of the season they sad they would mix up the jerseys more.

I think our current jerseys are the best. The navy alternates are the among the nicest in the league IMO.

I loved the throwbacks we wore tonight too though. The colors and simple design give it a rich, classy feel. I'm not a fan of the feather thing underlining Cavaliers though.

My favorite throwback is the blue and orange from the late 80's - early 90's. I love the blue roads and white home.

Hustlin' hustlin' hustlin' hustlin' hustlin'...

Just got back from the game, and while I was disappointed with the crowd level of the last one I went to (home opener) the fans were top notch tonight. Maybe it was to show New Yawkers up, or maybe it was the gurantee of a free chalupa, either way fans were on it tonight.

You have to appreciate the hustle and bustle of our team, each possession mattered. Even though we were up by double digits guys were still scrambling for loose balls, you have to appreciate that. There is no coast mode for this group of Cavaliers, we're on a mission to win, and win in a dominating fashion. It might have been against the sad sack Knicks, but this is the kind of play that has become Cavs basketball, and I love it.

It was beach chair Bron Bron for the 4th quarter, but with this kind of Cavaliers play I didn't feel jipped in the slightest. Fellow RCFers we're in for one great season.

How many technical fouls did we have.
According to the nba box score:
Technical Fouls
CLE 2nd Qtr2:25 LeBron James
NYK 2nd Qtr2:25 Quentin Richardson
NYK 2nd Qtr2:25 Quentin Richardson
NYK 2nd Qtr5:50 Chris Duhon
2nd Qtr 2:25 LeBron James
2nd Qtr 2:25 Quentin Richardson

Really??

I was at the game too. I thought the fans were super weak tonight, as far as crowds go. It seemed like the blowout was so expected, that no one ever got too into it.

The Denver game 2 weeks ago was inSANE for a regular season game though. THAT was a good crowd.

I don't understand why LeBron got his?

they didn't explain on the tv telecast -- just that it happened at the same moment as richardson picked up both of his. one suggested explanation was that james slammed the ball on the floor or threw it away from the official who wanted it, but i didn't hear an actual confirmation. lebron looked just as confused about getting it.

My section got Thunderstix, perhaps that tainted my judgment. It wasn't playoff loud (few regular season games can compare to that anyway), but the collective "oohs" and "aahs" had me thinking they were into it. Maybe I'm comparing it too much to the home opener mediocrity?

I forgot all about those throwbacks..i thought I was watching the Minnesota Gophers..:chuckles:
That feather needs to go..
I think we all knew this was going to be a blowout..and even though James played only 28 minutes, he could have sat about 5 more minutes...
That foul by Harrington was cheap..and he should have been tossed..

I really loved the fact that Delonte struggled in the first half and the 1st 5 plays in the second half were for him to take his man off the dribble and get his shot back. That's really nice to see.

I like how on a couple drives he gets fouled and no calls and then a couple that he didn't really get fouled they called. lol

He was hurrying his layup attempts up close for some reason...his shots were not that close to being blocked. I guess he was going too fast to the rim.

I was pissed at him for passing up two layups late in the 1st half and then proceding to turn the ball over from the pass.
