Game 65 Emergency thread | Cavs @ Clips

Got to say Zizic did look good in person. Active big body and was comfortable when he got the ball. I think he has a good future in the league

I think he's going to be great. He needs to gain NBA stamina and some muscle but he's an imposing force with good touch. I think he can be a Robin Lopez type player to be honest. But older Robin Lopez. Focus on defense but not a slouch on offense. Though I do believe he can add the 3 to his game. Either way, Lue has literally made every wrong mistake as we've gone through the season and unless he has a master plan, I'm not sure if anyone can trust his coaching anymore.

Was at the game tonight in LA. It's funny how much better LeBron is then everybody else when he wants it. Really frustrating when he doesn't care to guard the 3 pt line though

Also can't believe how bad Jeff Green was tonight. Missed so many easy shots and stupid TOs. Cavs really need Love back ASAP

Green was a sizzling 0-5 from three tonight. 8 pts, 4 rebs, 2 TOs... and a team-high +8, in 25 minutes!

Sorry - Did I say “sizzling”? I meant “steaming”. Green was a steaming, fetid pile of feces tonight.

Jae Crowder has improved since moving to Utah, averaging 13.5 per, including a 22 pt(6-11 from 3) performance tonight.

Rodney Hood has regressed in many categories, including pts and fg%.

Wonder why?

Because Isaiah Thomas is short?!

Some guys just aren’t accustomed to or comfortable with the LeBron James offense.

The Cavs have a few sets they run, but they just don't consistently run plays all game long like other teams do.

More often than not you’ll see a Cavs possession devolve into A. LeBron in the post or B. LeBron getting a switch on a big then backing out with the ball to iso on the mismatch.

Anthony Parker mentioned several years ago how difficult it is, even for very good shooters, to not touch the ball for several possessions in a row and then be expected to basically hit a late shot clock three when they’re “cold” even if the shot is pretty wide open.

Some guys just handle the LeBron Experience way better than others.

They beat us up. Plain and simple. They were more aggressive and the Cavs could never find any semblance of defensive cohesiveness. 64 boards and 58 paint points, disgusting.

You can see this in the game: I mean these guys get wide open looks like Green and it's almost like they get stage fright. Ala I'm so wide open i better not miss instead of shit this is easier then a practice shot
