Game #75 | Clippers @ Cavs | March 30, 2025 | 3:30 p.m.

Despite some things (esp. in the first half) that I didn't like to see, much better outing against a team that refused to lose.

Jarrett Allen: 25pts, 12 reb, 92% from the field (HI HATERS)

Okoro: airballed a 3, then hit his next 3 threes.... (HELLO AGAIN)

Mobley, Donovan (esp. in 4th) really had huge games. HUGE last second hustle from Donovan after a BS call on Hunter.

The value of Max Strus in these lineups can not be underestimated.

Couldn't watch the game, but based on the thread, very good outing vs a clippers team trying to remain relevant in the playoff hunt

My take: Mitchell is prepping for the playoffs. Garland is worn down(again). Allen came off his period. Bench needed to shoot better,....and Okoro hit 3 straight bombs. Team badly wants that 64 win. One game closer.

There were two 3+ minute defensive stands in this game, that generated separation, and one two minute stretch in the fourth.

I think we can play that kind of defense for longer stretches or more often when we want to.. but we are using it sparingly.. This team has much better offense than under JBB, but those defensive chops win us the games..

Missed this one but stoked for this squad to join the 60 win club.

I know the aspiration is a championship, rightfully, but even a conference finals appearance would lock this in as the best non-LeBron team in Cavs history. The end of the regular season has not been as joyful as much of the journey, but these guys are preparing for the bigger fish. Godspeed Cavaliers!

I missed the 4th quarter, but we were up so much I didn't worry. We won the game, despite their 4th quarter rally. I'll re-watch the game at my leisure, since I was involved with another activity.

We killed them in the paint, off the fastbreak, off turnovers, and with our bench. We were good enough to win.

Our shooting is bound to flip the other way at some point. Too many good shooters in slumps.
