Cavs dominate the second half 71-45. Looked like the Knicks ran out of gas and they were short-handed as well. Anunoby went nuts in the first half with 21 points but only managed 2 in the second. The Cavs kept coming in waves and wore them out until they broke.
The highlight was Allen's block of KAT's dunk attempt. That and Jarrett's windmill slam after a steal.
Mitchell was awesome with a line of 27/6/5 and a +20. Garland was also very good at 17/4/6. Hunter and Okoro were tremendous off the bench at +18 and +13, combining for 27 points and 8 rebounds.
The Cavs were just 12-for-37 on 3's (32%) but still scored 124 points.
Mikal Bridges was held to 8 points in 36 minutes and a team low -18. Towns did his thing with 27 points and 13 rebounds but committed 7 turnovers.
The Cavs had 15 offensive rebounds, 8 steals, and 5 blocks. Nice job all around, but it was kind of a schedule win because the Knicks had four guys out with injuries, including Brunson, and were on the second night of a back-to-back and playing on the road.
The Celtics lost to Miami in Boston so the magic number is now 2.
