This could be that kind of game that the Browns rally behind a new QB and actually look competitive and by some sort of miracle, pull out a win. The Browns have about 2 games a year that they win when no one expects them to.

No chance this is anything but a bad blowout. You've got a below average QB starting for the first time against the best defense in the league. I'll set the O/U on interceptions at 2.5 and turnovers at 3.5
But it doesn't make the killer mistakes. If you switch Brandon Weeden and Alex Smith, Browns are probably something like 4-3 or 5-2, and the Chiefs are probably 3-4 or 2-5. Both defenses know how to bring it as well.
