Game 8: Cavs @ Wizards, Nov. 11th 2016, 7 PM EST

Cavs played a solid game from about the 3 minute mark of the 2nd quarter on.

It went in and out a tad, but Shump on the ball worked out very very well. Offense wasn't very pretty to look at most of night, but it got job done once D started playing.

Went away from Love for a lot of the game, but he was still playing strong D and rebounding. Love to see that.

Also, as bad as Kyrie's D seemed to be, Wall had 3 assists and 6 turnovers. We did something right.

Glad we won, but we still haven't put together a complete game from start to finish outside of like our first game. I'm not wanting playoff level effort, but it would be nice to put away these bad teams early so our starters can get rest.

After the first half I was fully expecting to come here to post just how the last 2 point guards have carved up this team's defense and then the 2nd half happened and Wall didn't score until the final minutes of the 4th. Big ups to Shumpert for the defense, 4 steals is impressive.

46 points from our backcourt. I will take that any day, I felt that was key. Smith got going and Irving continued his excellent play. Then there is James but I was very intrigued by the backcourt more than anything.
