Pathetic that you show up on these threads late to trash our team, who are playing better and are fighting hard after a long and trying season.

Some of us just want to support our team and you have to post snide comments.

You want to tank there's a thread for that. Pissing all over the game threads with your loser attitude is disgraceful and frankly the site is poorer for it.
Yeah, I don’t know, Dude. I’m not the only one, by far. I like to see player-development as much as the next guy, but the future of the franchise depends on getting a couple of very high picks in consecutive years. A lot of the excitement of these games from the desire to see individuals/the team play well, but not hurt their draft position. And the irony of that is somewhat humorous - if you don’t take yourself or the season too seriously. It’s quite a departure from what we are used to...

Any idea when henson will be back, if at all?
He apparently has to rehab his wrist for a month. He only recently got his cast off. The reports I saw said that timeline is real close to the end of the season so it questionable if he make an appearance with the Cavs this season.

I agree with most of this. If we don't hit on our own draft pick, we will most likely have to tank again next year and move Love. Hit on our pick, pair that with developing Sexton, Cedi, and Zizic and we can go compete next year.

What I don't understand is certain people almost rooting for Sexton to fail. Delly isn't a long term answer or starting PG. Clarkson isn't going to help us win consistently. I'm not high on Nance anymore.

We should be rooting for Sexton, Cedi, and Zizic to develop and play their best.

I'm not rooting for Sexton to fail; I like his drive and his work ethic. I DO worry about the lack of improvement in his defense and his floor-game DESPITE his drive and his work ethic. If he's working hard and still not improving his awareness, it makes you wonder if he is just not that smart...

Sorry I wasn't saying it was you who was rooting against him, it was more a general comment.

I personally think that the game actually hasn't slowed down for him. For most players, it just like a light switch and it just comes on one day. We saw it with Cedi. I was hoping it would happen before the season ends so he could build on his game over the summer.

I didn’t take your comment as directed at me. But I still felt like giving my opinion ;-)

the site is poorer because of the people defending sexton too much

it seems like everytime I see his stats its 4-13 shooting
Yet if you compare him to rookies drafted ahead of him ...... he is fine. Just a 20 year cold kid with things to work on

So the real tank drivers are knight, Stauskus, and Chris.. Replace those guys with TT, Delly and Blossingame, and we are better than Brooklyn right now..

I understand the frustration with Sexton. He missed quite a few easy shots tonight.. that said I believe he will succeed in the league. If you consider the minutes he is playing as a rookie, the physical high energy nature of his game, and the fact the fact he has not gotten hurt this season, I think he will learn as we go.. when he took out Russel with the high elbow, it was like he did not even feel it..

TBH I never got the young bull thing. But I am beginning to see it. He is very strong and very focused. In two more years he will be tough to contain..

Exactly give him a year or so. The switch will go on for him at some point.
