Because after a history of injuries and lots of dnps in Utah he can’t play 15-18 uninterrupted minutes straight to close out the game without a breather. Sucks but it if you want him in for the final 3-5 minutes, you had to rest him at some point.

It sucks that an already flawed, young roster at this point can’t go to Love, Nance, TT, or KPJ, but after a long stint of playing Superman, Exum has to come out for a few minutes. It would have been negligence to his health to leave him in with no break the entire remainder of the game
