Game Thread 2019-20 Season Game #43 | Cleveland Cavaliers vs Chicago Bulls | Jan 18th, 2020

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
They ARE getting better. They are. They're also jettisoning the talent off the team to make sure they lose. People gotta come to grips with that. Henson ain't playing not because he's bad or because Beilein is dumb, but because they A) want to trade him and B) want to lose.

Sooo many of these close games would have been Ws if Clarkson were still here.

They WANT to lose these games.

Henson didn't play because of back soreness...

The turnovers were the result of an exhausted team. The Bulls are really a garbage franchise but this is an important loss for us. We need to lose to bad teams and end with top 3 odds again.

Team will be awful once Love is traded though. I know Love had a bad last shot but he got to his spot, the bump just threw him. We could have still gotten a final shot if Nance just passed it into the backcourt and didn’t try for a goddamn Laettner play.

Whatver. This team is horrible and will be horrible for years. Don’t get your hopes up.

That depends totally on who replaces him. McKinnie, Nance I agree. Wade.... people will be shocked. He’ll actually guard somebody, have better than a 2 to 1 assist/turnover %, shoot over 40% from 3, and box out and rebound. His biggest downfall would be that he won’t get many touches and he won’t shoot it enough.

good point, but if Garland doesn't have 8 turnovers the Cavs win
Bullshit.

I’m pretty sure if the Cavs didn’t miss their free throws, the game would’ve been won. Trying to point to Garland is hilarious.

It's more than one thing, but he passed the ball to the other team in a crucial moment that took it from up 13 to up 6.

They scored on every one of those.

Turnovers are the thing rookie improve on the most, so I'm not worried. But turnovers turned the tide of the game

Yeah, like those three straight possessions where Sexton turned it over twice and scored once? Putting blame on one person is hilarious. It’s a team game, lots of things obviously contributed to losing.

If you don’t think Love missing fts throughout the game is critical, I don’t know what to tell you.

Lets not act like all those Garland turnovers happened in the fourth, it didn’t. Hell the whole team was turning it over, but to blame Garland is hilarious.
