Delly would definetly stop these blow outs before they happen.

This is probably true but he really doesn't have a place with Garland and Sexton. Sexton is looking more and more like a real PG. Garland needs the ball in his hands and the minutes for the game to slow down for him. Delly doesn't provide anything off the ball on offense which just shrinks the floor for Sexton and Garland. Maybe when the game slows down for Garland, Delly can get some burn so Garland can work on his off ball skills.
