Game Thread 2019-20 Season Game #64 | Cleveland Cavaliers vs San Antonio Spurs | March 8th, 2020

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'd like the Cavs to keep Delly or hire him as an assistant coach or something because he can teach our young pg's how to play with that toughness that he's known for.
He has two more years at the vet minimum, at least, before he turns his hand to coaching

Fun game. What a nail biter. Man the refs are owned by the mafia. They let San Antonio back in that game when the Cavs were leading in every category.

Defense has been impressive at times. Sextons has to fight over screens better. Better look at what Alfonso and Delly do against screens.

Drumoond would be great if he had any discipline, but he doesn't. Very immature.

Drummond was a team best +18

Great game. My only beef is that, in crunch-time, I wish they would have made more of an effort to get the ball in the hands of their best player - Sir’Dom.

I agree.
Though he was on the bench so he had to steal the ball, a d he cant do that because he is an honourable man and christian.

Nice pair of competitive games.. showing out Love, Sexton ,Delly and Nance. Also demonstrating that Drummond is not just a slow footed stiff.

I don't think we are good enough to take a run at the " super teams", but we are able to play competitive ball. This was also a pretty good demonstration of Sexton playing scoring guard..

We got torched at the wing, still. I like Cedi, but he is not the hero we need at wing..Nance is playing good minutes at 3, but that's the area we need to work on..

I really, really like what Delly has been doing these last few games. Reminds me of why he was even called "Outback Jesus" in the first place.
Sexton has gotten to the point where he'll score 20 or more and you don't notice.
I will forever thank the Lakers for giving the Cavs Larry Nance, Jr. in a trade. his game has gone up big time.
Drummond actually looks more motivated that the rest of the team is doing so.

Didn't like that officiating. A lot of action under the basket and not a lot of fouls called. People getting knocked over w/no whistle.

Feel like the game would have been wrapped in regulation if they didn't poke Tristan's eyes out.

Please let them all be back for the next Warriors game. I want to send BRAYmond to the wastebin just once, without his help.

There were 81 fouls called, and it seemed like some were so ticky tacky and yet there were those calls like that Drummond put back at the end where Collin was clearly fouled but no call.

Very weird. Really felt like they wanted the game to be more competitive with the way they called the fouls. Glad the Cavs got that crucial one at the end.

Anyone know if it was it by design that Hammond and Gottlieb were the same outfits?
