Game Thread 2020-21 Season | Game #18 | Pistons @ Cavs | January 27, 2021

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Would be the nice if the Cavs finally picked up a guy from another teams scrap heap and he really emerged.

Taurean Prince might be that guy.
Best part is he's an expiring next year. If he keeps playing like this, he'll have a lot of value come the summer and into next season's deadline.

So I haven’t been watching, but just checking in and 8 of 22 is such an ugly stat line from Drummond.

That dunk wasn’t soft, please display that power more often

Aside from the Boston game, this team has been scoring at a good rate with Collin/Garland/Okoro playing.

121/128/118/147/125/103 (Boston)/108 (Lakers)/122 (tonight)

121.5 points a game (giving up 117.3 points a game in that same batch of games for a 6-2 record (yes the Philly game skews things with such a high margin of victory, conversely the Boston game does the same. still a small sample size but interesting stuff! ))

Don't know what the exact offensive rating is for that stretch, but it's gotta be much higher than it is without those three in the lineup.

Okoro finally made it to double digits and had 6 assists.
Windler looked great
2nd half Cedi was better than 1st half Cedi
Team turned the drain off of the turnovers in the second half
Collin with a ho hum 29
Garland had two 3s off the dribble and some finshes in the paint. He’s still getting things figure out but a lot to like.
Allen and Prince both good and highly efficient

Love the way windler plays, just wonder if he will ever get to full potential, given the leg injury. He was icing that leg after playing 20m, hope it’s not going to be an inhibitor to playing a bigger role.

Sexton strikes again. Some really good passing from him tonight.
Whole team had great moments tonight. Okoro out there showing some Kyrie-like moves at the basket.

I agree. He defends, he can score a whole bunch of different ways...
