Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Okoro is the modern day Oscar

This is the only Garland highlight I could find. We needed every 3 pointer.

It went to Lauri per JBB’s presser
(re: Dog chain necklace)

Let's think about that. Lauri led in rebounds with 9 and in minutes played. He also got key rebounds in OT and the game-sealing shot. I have no problem with that. Share the wealth.

I mean there's shit posting, then there's next level shit posting.
That was just an observation. Whatever you think about LeVert, it's clear as day that he can't play off the ball. He's probably never done it on any level, so it's a bit unrealistic to expect him to pick it up now.

Part of playing off ball is familiarity,

Both with your teammates/their tendencies and the system. That familiarity is hard to come by in just five games. Hopefully more of that comes by playoff time. And then more next years after a full training camp.

That said, LeVert is no Rubio but he can plays make for others while ballhandling and allowing him to do some of that both while sharing the court with Garland and with Garland getting rest on the bench is not a bad thing.

He made some really nice passes in the 4th quarter tonight

True, and that's something I just wrote about in the LeVert thread – he's a talented and willing passer when he has to act purely on instinct, on the move.

But when he gets the ball in a stagnant half court set, he starts "surveying the defense" and dribbling, and the passing part of his game takes a back seat. That's not OK on this team.

IMO it's important to keep him moving all the time. That's also on JBB, he has to create a framework that turns guys into the best versions of themselves.
