Bull crap. He twice drove in on Mobley, shoved him aside and laid it in. Clearly remember, because I thought, dang Mobley you need to muscle up a little. Man some of you can’t see anything negative in Mobley

All the nba.com videos of Randle's FGAs will be up on NBA.com tonight.

I have no problem with seeing flaws in Mobley. But when he holds Randle to a FG% of 12% and 10 points less than his regular season averages while shooting the ball better than Randle and rebounding better than Randle, and you come with that initial hot take, it just comes off like haterade.

I am sad to see you guys having this bad run.for 1st round.
I was here last year for Lauri and reading through I see some buyer's remorse from some of the members.
What ifs are useless. D. Mitchell is also JUST 24 years old. He might build a headspace to do consistently better in the post-season. He did quite well in at least one of their runs in Utah so givin the time and if needed - coaching change - things might look up. Have a good summer out there.

1. Mitchell is 26.
2. He might build a headspace? No offense but what does that mean? He was brought in as the battle tested hardened veteran with playoff experience. Not a guy expected to learn on the job.
3. He’s not under contract 5+ seasons or something. We don’t have time to wait for guys to “get it” or get their vibes figured out. The time is quite literally now.

I think Don was deferring too much during the comeback -- the Cavs were running their offense but it wasn't working. Also, the Cavs needed to go to the hole more and force the fouls. And many of Don's 3's were jacked up at the end of the shot clock when he got the ball and wasn't in good position to shoot. Basically, the refs let the Knicks play very physical and didn't call the fouls while they didn't let the Cavs do the same -- that's what I was seeing. So it was 8 on 5 -- hard to win a game like that.

Wow - Bucks just took a lot of national media heat (no pun intended) off the Cavs

So you're saying that for Mitchell we couldn't get back the equivalent of Markkanen and Sexton? Granted Marks value is high now and I liked him a lot and we could use some shooting. Sexton is doing what? The second round picks eh.
And I like Mitchell a lot, he brought some serious excitement this year prior to laying an egg in the most important games of the season.
I'm just throwing something out there, don't get so excited. What's your plan?
And the 1st round picks…we absolutely would not.

He just ran right past Mobley on that play. Mobley turned around and looked at the basket while Robinson ran right past him for the board and put back. A microcosm of the entire series IMO. Mobs should watch that sequence in his sleep all summer and get mad about it.

I am the opposite of a Mobley defender but no, absolutely not. Wtf was Mobley supposed to do, he had zero chance of boxing out Mitchell on that play. You expect him to land from a contest, then a split second later be able to box out Mitchell who is running downhill?

The defense broke down because there are three defenders blitzing the point of attack / lost in screens, leaving Mobley alone underneath in a catch 22 situation

So I woke up and wanted to make sure I remembered right. Did Okoro come in and score 5 quick points in the 2nd only to get taken out and not return till 4 minutes left in the 3rd?

Do I remember that right?
yes, then after he got subbed back in he scored again lol

I saw the refs letting the Knicks play, but I did not see the Cavs getting physical. I feel like the Cavs all agreed "Whatever else happens, don't box anybody out." I can't even begin to count the number of times the Cavs were standing flat-footed & watching while two Knicks were hustling after the ball.

You do realize there are 4 more seasons on JB’s contract (26-27 season), right? No way does Gilbert eat that much money and hire a new guy for even more money.
His contract is pocket change for Gilbert. Dan's net worth as of recently is $18.6 BILLION. That's 18,600 million USD !!!!
