Yup not insulting her looks, just noticed her facial features specially with the bonnet on is similar to Dylan (who's not bad looking himself)...

she's definitely pretty (otherwise she'll not be on tv, specially she used to do lakers tv) and seems to be smart too... I don't get the hate either for her (she's not the usual textbook tv pretty face, but that isn't a bad thing), looks like she really did sports and have journalism background too...
