My brother in law had a bad stroke 6 months ago. My wife is in town this weekend to visit and is wanting to take her parents and him to the game Sunday.

Question is, I need 4 tickets one needs to be ada. I'm not even sure what to do, I see the seats on the mlb app, however the ada spot says it has zero seats, which is fine for my brother in law, he will be in his chair. However I need 3 seats for the rest of my family.

Is anyone familiar with this?

Also if you are, is there a better location to buy and enter the stadium so they don't have to push him around one side of the stadium to get to the seats?

Thanks in advance!

I haven't dealt with it myself, but they have very limited seating at the front of certain rows, I don't remember if they still have the right field thing, where you don't essentially get seats, but get to sit around the bar and whatnot. Also I think there is seats on the HR porch where you can just chill as probably hang out there. I think 101 has more open seating rather than the bleacher seats, I don't know the price, but it may be better to call the box office and ask them for sections they would recommend.

I called the box office, they were very helpful, the website and the ballpark app, were not very helpful.

Thanks!

Caught this thread a bit late but that was going to be my recommendation. Having worked in sports for 12 years now, ADA seating almost always requires a call. Unfortunately it can’t be made readily accessible online as anyone can buy it and then we don’t have it held for those that need it. Glad you were able to get it take care of over the phone!

Interesting.. My bestfriend is a quadriplegic and we never have a problem with buying ADA seats in Seattle on the web. They are always good seats, easy to figure out where they are etc..

If we ever go to Cleveland - we will be calling..

Yeah, MLB basically runs an antiquated web system that makes updates and information harder to broadcast well. The app and website are brutal to use.

Glad the box office was helpful, best to just find someone who knows what they're doing and most are helpful in tracking down any help you'd need.

Were they able to get you squared away with the 3 + 1 ADA compliant?

No kidding. it's easier to use the web system the single A team I have tickets to, than the Gaurdians system. Holy shit is that a cluster and a half
