pretty sure RCF went public 15 years ago today!

@Ben can clarify, but being as his join date was 17 April (today), i have to believe that this was the day.

That also means tomorrow a good number of posters will have their 15th cake day, to include myself.

Ive spent more time on this site, than anything not named Google, over the last 15 years. If circumstances were a little better, I would kick some cash your way. Thank you for the site & community. Its the best. Pretty sure I lurked from launch until I made a user name because I didnt know what the hell I was doing since I was so young.
 
I joined in February of 2009, in the throes of the first Amar’e Safari, as a senior in high school. I’m turning 30 this year and will be celebrating my fourth wedding anniversary in June. RCF has been a constant through it all.

Can’t believe I’ve been here eleven years but I’m damn glad to have found this place. It truly is an awesome community. Congrats on a decade-and-a-half and here’s to many more!
 
Wild that I've been here eight years already too. RCF was a constant distraction for me throughout my back end of high school, all of college, and now still consumes a good chunk of my free time post-college.

I didn't even join for the Cavaliers content at first either. My join date was right in the dog days of the first post-LBJ era when the Cavaliers were... pretty shitty. I jumped on here in early April for the beginning of a new Indians season.

I actually joined this place in the summer of 2008. Odd timing, but I came here from whatever OBR was called back then after seeing "RCF" referenced in a thread.

And coincidentally, I'm also turning 30 this year.

Love the enthusiasm but keep the money in your pocket. If sports don't come back by August I'll be back hat in hand again.

This is about the same trajectory for me too except over 15 years. And was on just bball before this.

Each state I’ve moved to has been in an attempt to escape from @Man Called X
